There is no contraindications for having local anaesthetics or dental treatment during pregnancy. If you have other concerns speak to your obstetrician or medical GP. In fact it is often recommended having your teeth cleaned more frequently (three monthly) during pregnancy due to the hormonal changes making the gums more susceptible to gingivitis, etc.
